Delivery and Returns

DELIVERY

At EASOTO we aim to despatch your order within 2 business days of receiving payment confirmation, but at times of heavy demand, this may extend to 5 business days.

Where We Deliver
We deliver to all addresses in Australia (including PO boxes). International delivery is currently available to New Zealand and the United States of America. To ensure you receive your order promptly we recommend you provide a delivery address where you are present during regular business hours, such as an office address.

Australian Delivery Schedule
We choose AusPost as our delivery agent and they deliver on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched to AusPost the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery to Metropolitan areas: 2 - 4 business days
Delivery to Regional areas: 3 - 7 business days
During special occasions, such as Christmas or Mother's Day, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your delivery to arrive.

Cancellations
We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible, therefore cancellations can only be considered if the goods have not been despatched from our warehouse. Please do get in contact with us at admin@easoto.com or call us on 0421 246 864 to discuss your options.


RETURNS

90 Days for refunds or exchanges
We are confident that you will love your EASOTO product, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with it, you have 90 days to return your product to us from the date you receive your order. You can call us on 0421 246 864 or email us at admin@easoto.com and we will resolve your issue. Have your name and receipt number ready. Items returned to us are required to be unused and in the condition that you received them, so ensure that you package them carefully. We will exchange the item or refund 100% of the purchase price (excluding shipping), and you just need to pay the cost to ship your item back to us.

Faulty Items
If you think that there is a fault with your EASOTO product, please let us know straight away by calling us on 0421 246 864 or emailing us at admin@easoto.com to discuss replacement, repair or refund options. Your EASOTO product will be considered faulty if it arrives to you damaged or a manufacturers fault appears within 90 days. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear will not be considered faulty. 


Returns generally
For all returns, you are responsible for the costs of returning the product to us. Any items returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning. Please send your returned goods to:
